📦 Minimum Order
15 pieces per style. You can mix sizes within the same style. Volume discounts available for larger orders.
💰 Pricing
Factory-direct wholesale pricing. Volume discounts available for bulk orders. Price list available on request.
🚚 Shipping
Worldwide delivery via DHL and FedEx. Typical transit time: 5–10 business days. Shipping cost calculated by weight.
💳 Payment
Bank transfer (T/T), PayPal, or Western Union. 50% advance, 50% before shipment for new customers.
🏷️ Private Labeling
Custom labels, tags, and packaging available for orders above 50kg. Add your brand to our handmade goods.
📐 Samples
Sample orders welcome at retail price + shipping. Sample cost deducted from your first wholesale order.
⏱️ Lead Time
In-stock items ship within 3–5 days. Custom/made-to-order items: 2–4 weeks depending on quantity.
🔄 Returns
Quality guaranteed. Defective items replaced at no charge. Claims must be filed within 7 days of delivery.
